1 /5 Mary Dill: Will not recommend to anyone, GO TO TURBO TAX, ITS FREE!!! Ive used them for the last 5 years. Even when it offers you to pay for deluxe, on turbotax, its like less than $30....... I had to go to a professional because of so many questions this year so I needed a real person, and my questions were answered but I paid 385$ for my refund WITHOUT any acknowledgement on the price until after I was done with my filing . Wont come back . I will go back to TURBOTAX.

1 /5 Caleb: My wife went to do her taxes. She was only getting $320 back for that year and she was charged $150 to FILE. $35 for audit protection and $39 for her to have it on the Emerald card they offer. Please look at the details when going to these places. I do my own taxes but since she didn’t have her precious paper work I couldn’t do hers. Just knowing there’s services that offer $20 protection straight deposit with no fee and fee free filing this makes this place a joke.

2 /5 Lucky Star: This place is a bait and switch company!! Do NOT trust the prices they tell you online. Those prices are apparently just to smile and say hello. Our $89 plus state fees was turned into $450... AND that was only explained AFTER everything was already said and done. The independent contractors who work there are extremely knowledgeable and kind. Our tax prep individual was amazing. But my goodness what a terrible company . Im not saying dont use them, but if you do decide to, please know that you will be charged 5x more than advertised.

5 /5 amanda brown: It was the fastest I have ever had my taxes done. Jennifer was very helpful and nice just as she always has. I will have her prepare my returns every year she is available. The price for preparing my returns was significantly less than Liberty Tax and I will be getting back a lot more than I ever did with Liberty. I wish I had never switched to Liberty and just stayed with H&R Block but I am back now and will not EVER go anywhere else.
