Korendo Thomas Had a policy set up with one of there agents , Paid the money thinking that everything was ok and my business was insured . A couple of weeks later received a letter from Nationwide saying my policy was canceled . At no point did the rep or his office contact us to let us know whats going on and I left numerous calls with no answer , After calling corporate then someone picked up and gave me some story but still not good follow up from this company .

I had to give her a review because I normally don’t but after 2 days and speaking with several other agents who were giving me a hard time she gave me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay within minutes. Jean Tripi On 9/26/24 I received a cancellation notice on my homeowners insurance with Progressive when my paper check did not reach them in time. I called the customer service number in the email notification and was told there was no Grace Period and when my check was received it would be returned to Sender. This was 1 day before Helene was expected to arrive. I called the Parish Lowrie Agency and spoke with Brendon who was able to quote coverage and immediately provide a replacement homeowners policy for my Big Canoe home by 4 pm that afternoon. Not only was my policy less expensive State Farm does not play around with their pricing to make you think youre getting a better price by paying for your policy in full. On that same day I transferred both of my autos, which were also with Progressive, to State Farm and now Im in the process of insuring my rental properties in Big Canoe with the Parish Lowrie Agency because of the wonderful experience I had with Brendon.

Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.
