Nathan Tarpley Custody battles can often be messy, mean, and, more often than they should, hurtful towards the child. Luckily I went to Andrew for guidance and help. He was straight forward and told the truth. He told me of his experiences with both the smooth and the not so smooth cases hes had, and had a preference of things going smooth. He told me "I hope that both you and her (the mother) can come to an agreement without coming to court, but if things get bad, I will burn her to the ground." As mean and harsh as that sounds, thats what you want from a lawyer if you truly want to secure your role in your childs life. While things understandably started off rocky, I had the blessing of being able to compromise with the mother without setting myself up for failure. Andrew and his team were able to keep me logical during an emotionally upsetting time. Legal things aside, the team is incredibly professional, and you will always get a response from them in a reasonable time. They were all well worth the money spent. That being said, I genuinely hope I dont have to come back to them, but should things ever turn sour, they will definitely hear from me.

Matthew Lovett Mr. Foreman was hired by my wife and I to represent our son who got into a little trouble by being with the wrong crowd. He was transparent and straight to the point with what to expect and what we needed to do. He was also straight to the point with our son and explained to him his rights and what he needed to do as well. Our expectations with Mr. Foreman were met and he stood up for our son when the judge and DA seemed to not care about anything but giving our son a hard time knowing he had never been into any trouble before.
