Danielle Clark Mr. Sam Nicholson was very attentive, compassionate, and understanding of my reasoning for contacting his office. But, the real reason for my review is Jenna Randall! My case was about my child, and Jenna was so kind and empathetic of our situation. She checked in, put up with a lot of over worrying I put on her shoulders, and never seemed bothered by me. She genuinely cared about my situation, and did everything she could to make my experience smooth and my voice heard. He answered and returned calls timely. Expertly spoke with Medicare and other health entities which resulted in a significant reduction in medical payment from settlement. His compensation was worth every dime. I can honestly say that he had view my case, save us money by requesting arbitration rather than trial.
