Benjamin Watts Ellis can be rude and disrespectful. Not a horrible lawyer but doesn’t listen very well or understand people very well. Helped me with a case and someone in my family in case and it was the worst experience ever. Have been told many times not to use him or that other people wouldn’t use him again. But if you’re looking for the cheapest option around it’s him and you get what you pay for. Just don’t expect anything to be done in a timely manner.

Marty Upfall Fabulous attorney. I had a legal issue in Waycross Ga. The Ware county sheriffs dept had felony charges against me and had contacted the county where I live to come and arrest me and extradite me back to Georgia. I was frightened. I contacted many attorneys in Waycross Ga(Ware county). Once I reached Mr Thigpen I knew he was the one. He offered me great advice even prior to hiring him. Once I did hire him he said he would get to it right away. I hired him at 4pm on a Monday and by noon on Tues my criminal charges were dismissed. There are many choices for lawyers. Some good. Some bad. Hiring Mr Thigpen is the only choice in Ware County.

Kevin Worthy I used him to go bankrupt in 2012 and for a traffic offense in 2014, and he won both cases. Now, I just recommended him to my wife, who is having a little legal issues right now. I know Luther and he’s a really great lawyer and a great man. Luther is also a man of his word. He does what he says and says nothing about what you did or didn’t do. Lol. All jokes aside, I definitely recommend Luther Jones or I wouldn’t have sent my wife to go see him. So if in need of a great guy who’s a lawyer, then go get a 10,000 loan from your bank or whoever you can get the money from, and then take it to Luther Jones. Then all you have to do is sit back, take a deep breath, and relax, because he will definitely take care of the rest. Lol.

Sterling GIIlmore I would highly recommend Attorney Kate Thompson and the entire staff. They were all extremely patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Knowing the law is only one aspect of litigating properly and effectively. You need an attorney with comprehensive, familiarity with the county court system and this is where Kate absolutely shines.
