I have been with the Insurance companies where you are just an account number. Nothing compares to having an agent that you trust, as well as who will guide you in the direction that you need. What I know, is that she is dedicated to this business, not driven by profits, but her dedication to service to her clients. She is honest and clear when explaining what you need to know; I will NEVER go back to the "BIG" name companies, regardless of the rates they offer, I will always be loyal to her company. Rates dont override the services that she provides, and she offers many options of insurance. You cant go wrong with trusting your insurance needs to the Elizabeth Thompson Agency.

kari duffy I have been with Georgia Farm Bureau for 3 years and I never had a problem,not a huge problem anyways. I did call in a few times to get an understanding of why my rates were steadily increasing and all I kept being told was that it was "fees" but never a true breakdown, which was frustrating. I spoke with Michelle this morning and MANNNNNN SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! She took the time out to research what all was going on ONE BY ONE and was even able to set me up on a package to help lower my monthly rate!!! SHE IS A BLESSING!
