1 /5 Lance Johnson: Absolutely the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. I had a tornado do extensive damage to my farm and the adjuster was the worst human I’ve ever dealt with. Got out of his car making remarks of what they would not cover before ever looking at anything. I had trees all over my fences around my home as well as my pasture fences and the adjuster would not even look at them because he said Farm Bureau didn’t insure fences yet I had a fence policy. He had to come back twice after he found out my policy did cover my fences. I had the most extensive farm policy they had available with the highest coverage possible. I had to hire an independent adjuster to get my farm repaired and it took forever thanks to Farm Bureau’s adjuster. The adjuster made it very personal with false accusations to the point the public adjuster was in disbelief of this persons behavior. Never ever again will I insure through Farm Bureau just because of the way this person treated me. I only wish I could have videoed the adjuster so I could have shown Farm Bureau how I was treated by their representative. They didn’t believe me when I tried to tell them how I was treated. I left them to go with State Farm. Very sad because I liked the company until this horrific experience.

5 /5 Ride Of The Valkyrie: I have been with these guys on and off for 25 years. The "off" times was when I was given a temporary better price by another company as a promo. The promos never lasted and the This was maybe 3 times in the last 3 decades. No matter what state or town I have lived in, Farm Bureau has always treated me like family. The Calhoun location has gone above and beyond for years. BJ is our agent and he has been amazing. The lack of turn over at this location speaks volumes about their dedication to their clients and their job.

5 /5 Ann Warren: Great hometown kind of place,People treat you like family there,wouldnt go anywhere else. Also were wonderful to help us over the years in 2 tornados and 1 hailstorm. Kenny is a sweet guy. He helped me save money on my home insurance. Im very thankful for that.

1 /5 Nicole Taylor: This is the worst possible insurance company to go with, Geico was cheaper for us anyway, but even if this company is cheaper STAY AWAY!!!! My brother canceled his account after he paid them his last month, 1 or 2 months down the road he starts getting another bill saying he owed it before cancelling, and now they are doing the same thing to me. When I cancelled my policy (after my agent completely messes my policy up and changed a 100 dollar policy to a 600 dollar policy) and had no idea how to fix it. Now its been 2 months since I cancelled my policy which my agent said everything was paid and I didnt owe anything, they are saying I owe $148. Like are you kidding me??!! THEY are a huge SCAM dont fall for it!!!!
