Nicole After being loyal to my insurer for over 29 years, I was put in the unexpected and undesirable position of having to select another provider for my vehicle. After due diligence and comparing several quotes, I narrowed it down to State Farm and another company as a "just in case". I was surprised to receive a call from PAREE, that same day, 4th of July! After a friendly and productive conversation, I was sold and knew that this would be MY Insurance Company. Paree even suggested the Defensive Driver online course, to save extra on premiums. Subsequently, I worked with KIRA. Knowledgeable, efficient handling...and the best, most patient friendliest attitude! Now THATS the way Insurance should be (but unfortunately isnt always!!). With Kira, I can be comfortable asking questions and knowing they will be answered efficiently and knowledgeably. A big thank you to Kira for her patience, caring and cheerfulness...and making me feel valued!

Tamara St Romain Farmers Insurance – The Hathaway Agency is phenomenal. My experience with this agency has been AMAZING from Day 1. These agents really care about you as a customer and treat you as if you are a part of an extended family. They are very attentive to your needs; they respond to your questions and concerns immediately and are knowledgeable about the business. Even during this COVID-19 pandemic, they have never dropped the ball. I have personally been working with Linda Byrd (Customer Service and Sales Representative) the last few weeks on several things, and Linda is the TRUE DEFINITION OF AWESOME! Again, Farmers Insurance – The Hathaway Agency is the best provider I have had in a long time. Kudos to the entire Team!

Anna Walker Marty has been my insurance agent for years. I’ve used his office for car, house, and renters insurances. There is truly no one else I would trust with insurance. Marty is dependable and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond to help make the insurance affordable and reliable. I don’t have a brain that understands insurance, but he explains it in a way that I can. He also gives great life advice about car and homes too. 10/10 recommend.

Mad Mike I have been with Wally Taylor for at least 40 years. My home, my vehicles, life insurance and survivors annuities are all taken care of by Wally and the Wonderful ladies that work with him. Delmi usually helps me when I have questions or need assistance. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful, and always makes sure everything is correct and meets my full satisfaction.
