Initially, I had tried to deal with the three different insurance companies involved, but quickly realized I was in over my head. David gave us an overview of the laws and the process in a way that we could understand without using a lot of legal jargon. David kept us informed as the case progressed. His office staff was very helpful when we needed to handle various bits of paperwork, photographs, phone calls, etc. David would offer us options as to how to proceed and give his opinion, but never tried to coerce us to go one way or another.
