3 /5 Calvin Williams: The ladys at front desk are so nice but caseworkers are very rude! I know it gets extremely busy,I work with Public that gets busy just as bad but you dont take it out on clients! Find another job

1 /5 Ted Kennedy: I wish I could leave 0 stars. They say they open for business 8-5, but they never answer the phone, the doors are always locked. Forget leaving a message over the phone because the box is always full. What a waste of tax money for that big nice building and the couple of ladys inside riding the clock.

1 /5 Cassie Newman: Awful! Weve been dealing with them for the past 3 months and still havent gotten our issue taken care of. Somehow everything that we send in by mail or online cannot be found and they cant give us any alternatives to fix the problem. No one ever answers the phone or calls us back when we leave a message. Ive called every number and extension! We continuously get the run-around if we ever do get someone on the phone. This is ridiculous!

1 /5 Virginia Durand: The lady that works here has no idea what shes doing... They have me email them if I need to talk to someone, they block the number so it shows up on my phone as private number so I cant call them back. Rude and unhelpful. Always says Ill do what you want to any questions I have and doesnt tell me whats happening. Hate they sent me to this office first, Im going to try to transfer to the Clarksville office, hopefully they will assist me better
