1 /5 Shyanna Simpkins: Without going into to much detail since my case is still pending, Mr Buford doesnt communicate with you. He doesnt inform you of any updates in your case or even go through the evidence which is right in front of him. He just assumed I was pleading guilty and taking a deal they offered me without him. I literally couldve taken the same deal 6-7 months ago. I could already be at least 1/3 of the way done with it by now but, I hired you to represent me, to be on my side, and to fight with me against something the state doesnt even have proof of against me. Mr Buford assumed I would take the plead- entered it into the court after being told its a no go months prior, and started reading me the paper you sign before you take the deal at my last appearance WITHOUT telling me anything about it. He knew I dont understand law, court, or anything to do with it since this is my first offense. Instead Im without a lawyer in the middle of fighting this bogus charge, dont know anything about the process, and left high and dry by this attorney thats supposed to be the best. Please, Please, Please if you love your freedom dont waste your time. Tons of other lawyers could do way better and will actually support you, fight for you, and
