1 /5 Matt Gehman: Looking for another bank. The people they have working there are inept. They are supposed to be the experts and ask questions to make sure you are getting what you want. Wrong response is “you didn’t ask me for that” ….. we rely on them help us not later to lie about what occurred during visit to not look bad. My 40k is best severed elsewhere. Hope I find a better bank. I could go on…..not just one instance but several.

5 /5 Ken: I’ve never been anything but pleased with my dealings with First Commerce. I always go inside and everyone is friendly and helpful. I can’t speak as to the drive thur, but I would expect it is the same.

1 /5 Annetta Calloway: I finance a used truck through this bank, a month before my husband died with gastric stomach cancer, had to return the truck because I couldn’t afford to pay for the truck they put in the credit bureau, left me owing 42 thousand dollars they sold the truck for 34 thousand , left me owing them 9 thousand dollars , I tried calling them several times to work out arrangement to try to pay them, no response, I am 71 years old and retired and disable, now I am not asking for pity, that won’t bring my husband back, but where is the compassion for people any more, banks are shutting down every day and we wonder, where is God, right here looking down on his people that are robbing the poor , the last shall come first and first shall come last. 1 /5 Dee Mapp: Unorganized from online software to human representatives. The banking app does not calculate your finances correctly therefore you have to keep track of what you spend or else your account will be in the negative and you will become accountable. Recently I had fraudulent transactions on my account which I disputed over the phone with a rep. She said she would issue out the new card and review the dispute, she blatantly lied. I called the next week to check and find out they never made a work order to send my new card. I was told it would expedited overnight for the rep to make a “mistake” and shipped it standard instead and didn’t give me a tracking number. So I’m still in wonder where MY card is. This makes 2 1/2 weeks and all I got was a lousy sorry like I don’t bills and late fees don’t exist.

1 /5 Arianna Knight: This bank is horrible. The people on the inside get upset you when all your doing is asking questions about your own account. The drive thru never opens at the right time. You never know when you can use this bank. It was like pulling teeth just to get a debit card. If you call the bank you get people from God only knows where. They are from your bank and it takes several times to transfer.
