5 /5 Christine Schiebel: Miss Jackie is the best agent I have ever had and Farmers has been a good insurance company to have. I would never use the lizard or flo even if they offer cheaper rates. Its just really important to me that when you have a question and you need your agent shes there, usually shes the one answering the phone. We moved from Florida and believe me changing over vehicles to Georgia is a process. Id recommend her office to all my friends and family. Thank you Jackie. 1 /5 Whitney Johnson: I HATE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY EVERY SINCE IVE HAD THEM IVE BEEN CHARGED SOMETHING DIFFERENT EVERY MONTH I PAID MY INSURANCE RENEWAL ON TIME AS THEY ASKED ME MARCH 18 BUT WAS STILL CHARGED A RELAPSE FEE INSURANCE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM THEY ARE THE WORSE IVE DELT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS I HATE THIS PLACE
