1 /5 Savannah Daniel: You know Ive honestly put off leaving a review but at this point Im fed up! DONT GET INSURANCE FROM HERE. They have steadily went up on me and theyll do the same to you! Ive tried to stick it out in hopes they would go down on their rates but its been the exact opposite theyve steadily went up on me every single time!!! So my most valuable advice to anyone looking to get insurance with Farmers would be DONT DO IT!!!... At the beginning theyre super friendly and they make it seem as if theyre going to do the Best buy you that they possibly can but thats just simply not True. Go elsewhere!...

1 /5 Agape Ink Tattoo: The absolute worst experience ever with insurance company. Incapable children running the front office. Claimed 4k in damage on hime hit by tornado citing no excessive wind incident even though declared national disaster by FEMA and the president of the united states. Had to appeal and fight and ended up over 120k in damages. Then go to get the documents notarized by them and they refuse to certify their documents as true . Denied a more recent claim citing weather conditions at time of appraisal a month after the damage was done .. smh. Just absolutely deplorable and inept service. Btw. They did almost double all premiums though. Canceled and attained insurance elsewhere after 4 years of paying them .. pitiful.
