Rick I have been a Country Companies/ Country Financial customer since I was 16, and Im now 64. Ten years ago we moved here from Illinois and Byron Brock and staff have been phenomenal, to say the least. Danny Stephens Came in to the Shugart road bank in Dalton with my grandmother to make a savings deposit and to look into possible loan options to refinance her home. We spoke with the manager named Chelsea at the location and she was very helpful and extremely pleasant to interact with. She gave us all the information we were looking for and offered to further help us with all of our banking needs. My grandmother decided to not refinance at this time due to her age but we will be moving the rest of her retirement and checking accounts at Tennessee Vally credit union over to Builtwell soon.
