B D Reviews represent each person individual experiences and it helps to paint a good picture of the type of entity you can come to expect. A respectable company doesnt hide their consumer reports. They lack transparency and the customer service is atrocious. I pay this company for services and cant get people on the phone. They send emails at closing on Friday evening so its Monday before they can be reached. This is a very dishonest practice and I need answers.

I gave Tina a call out of desperation and really uncertainty if I could get approved and had me taken care of in less than thirty minutes.
