Sam Adkins Our hometown bank cant be beat! Our daughter is traveling through Europe and landed in London this morning and got a text that her FNB card would not work. She had already notified FNB of her travel dates etc. and they had taken care of everything. This problem was an unforseen glitch. After an early morning call to FNB they quickly began working to resolve the problem even though it was Saturday! They didnt say "you will have to wait until Monday morning." Shakendra Graham If I could give this company a 0 out of a billion I would! Unfortunately, I have to use this company through my employer and several employees have the same complaint! You can never speak with the person handling your claim and they will refuse to pay the benefits owed to you through your employer. I have submitted a BBB complaint as a last resort before filing a lawsuit for withholding the paid health benefits.

Faye McCommon Whenever I go to the Monroe, GA branch I feel welcomed. The professionalism and customer service is awesome. About three weeks ago I went to withdraw some money from my savings account, but had forgotten my ID when I changed purses. The teller was still able to assist me by looking up my identification in the system. I was blown away with this extra effort on her part. This is just one example of the wonderful customer service that I have received at this branch. This is not to say that other branches and loan officers are not just as great!! I have never had bad service at any of the branches that I have visited. This also includes working with loan officers over the telephone. Keep up the amazing work PSCU!!!
