Kaitlin Williams was so calm and patient while helping me through my latest car purchase. I wont use any other bank or credit union to take care of my loans. I feel very fortunate to have the help I received from Kaitlin. She made it so easy. All of the staff at Georgia United is beyond helpful. I know I am in good hands with any transactions I may have. Loretta Jones Ooh my. I had an amazing experience yesterday with your off ice on to. Hill Blvd in Macon GA. The manager was out but there was a Blondie that knew it all. I did not get her name. She is definitely management material in my eyes. When I walked in she asked her co worker if she was free and made sure she assisted. I assume she was the manager but she quickly told me the manager left for the day. The young lady that assisted me had plenty of questions for the Blondie which Blondie quickly applied to help...I want that branch manager to know Blondie is a team lead/management material and she definitely needs to be considered a lead position. Her counterpart working that is still in training that I saw......I cant wait to do future business with your company....Thanks again...

jonas Yarberry Terrible phone etiquette, basically non-existent. “Wad’up” is not an acceptable way to address a costumers call/inquiry. A simple transfer question about the recipient being turned away because money was too high was met with, “you have to come to store and talk to manager”... I’m 3000 miles away dingus, how about you put him on the line! No resolution or apathy followed by abruptly hanging up on me. Totally unacceptable, never again.
