1 /5 Cycling Gospel: He was the closing attorney for my cabin sale. He forgot to write honest money on the final paper, then told us to just write a check back to buyer against real estate company regulations. Finally, he did papers over again to fix the problem. Then he wrote a check with the sale price by number, but he wrote less amount by letter on the check. When I found it later and called him, he told me just to cash it, then he would send me a check for the difference. But he never mailed the check.
Update : he mailed the check more than a month later.
