2 /5 Nathan Rigaud: Please hire more tellers! Wait times are really bad and lines go around the inside of the building. Getting service at the DMV is a faster experience. The tellers are all very friendly and great but there needs to be more to help people get quicker service and not have to feel rushed to let others get service as well.

1 /5 Wayne Audley: Not sure why this Bank takes so long to process funds being transferred from other legitimate financial institutions?! Even outside of the weekend, it still takes up to 48 hrs+ after simple transactions have been completed by the other bank before it shows up in the designated Delta account. In these times of AI, they must learn to move faster "safely". Worn out customer patience pushes us to banks that do.

1 /5 heidi goodsen: First off, I do not bank here but have had enough experience with this bank while helping my daughter during a health crisis. My daughter has been out of work for 3 months because of hospitalization and unable to work. During this period the bank has not treated her well and has held a check that has cleared a week ago from a insurance company. My daughter currently doesn’t have a car or transportation because they are holding her insurance check hostage and collecting interest on a check that has already cleared. This check was deposited into account 8 days ago and the bank is just giving her the money in installments. This is not a bank I could bank with and will never recommend. This is predatory banking and is completely unacceptable. I thought credit unions were better than this.
