This was my first time to ever buy a business let alone a franchise. I was very nervous. The attorney reviewed all of the agreement which was about 300 + pages. Put it into a video format explaining everything in detail so I could understand and the review was also put in a written report. A little back ground story I had a different attorney local to me in Chattanooga that I started my immigration case of adjustment of status through marriage. This local attorney was horrible and I felt very insecure about the outcome of my case.
