Bob Scherer Gillespie Family Agency is by FAR the BEST insurance company we ever had (in 35+ years experience buying insurance!); they saved us a BUNCH (vs State Farm & Allstate!) But, equally important, they’ve ALWAYS been there when we needed them (be it a claim or additional insurance needs); 1 call and they’re on it!; Plus, they’ve even periodically comparison shopped FOR US (and not just recommended changes when needed, but also handled the required details, ensuring a smooth transition!) Auto, home, liability, jewelry, golf carts, you name it... after over 7 years, their service is as great as it was on day 1; we’ve never had agents this dependable, trustworthy, client-focused and hard-working! (and wouldn’t even think about having our insurance business anywhere else!)

Eric Santana Nina Meier was the agent I spoke to and she was incredibly helpful, patient and kind throughout what was a rather foreign and stressful endeavor for me. She took time to understand my unique situation and tailored an insurance policy that I believe best met my needs. I had already spoken to 3 other insurance agents at different companies and this conversation was much more pleasant and productive by far. She didnt judge me for any naivety, only listened and provided great information that gave me a much better understanding of what I was really paying for. I am very thankful to Nina for sharing her expertise and taking the time to help. I do not often write reviews, especially in regards to insurance, but I do feel its important to shout out people like Nina when they do such a great job and make someones day a little bit easier.
