Which they constantly lose or say they did receive and you screenshot it show proof that it was actually paid and came out to your bank account and then on top of thatThey get thousands of dollars a year no accident no issues no laps and then when you finally have an accident, they don’t want to pay out especially when your policy fully covers you or if they do pay out they make you wait excessive amount of time Which is ridiculous with that being said I will be following a formal complaint with a higher up. This is ridiculous. And this company will be reported

Darian Gilliam I have been dealing with Allstate for many years now, but the experience with Kevin Cross by far has been the best! I was in the process of buying a home, turning another property into a landlord policy, and changing something to my auto policy. Kevin was super helpful and thoughtful of my time so I received all my information through email to sign and he followed up with me each step of the way! If I could get 10 stars I would bc when it comes to insurance companies I have always felt like they try and get what they can from you, but with Kevin, it was about helping the customer make the best decisions.
