1 /5 Eddie Grant: This rates near the top as one of my most unpleasant experiences. I was asked to go to the office to pick up some papers. When I entered the office, there were two ladies being helped at the desk, so I maintained my distance and stood there waiting for my turn. I wasnt greeted or acknowledged. When the two ladies concluded their business, they left, and I stood there waiting for my turn. I stood for approximately five to ten minutes looking at the lady that was helping the two ladies that just exited when another lady came to the front desk from one of the offices and asked if I needed help. Then, the lady at the desk apologized that she didnt see me standing there...
