5 /5 John Fewell: Lost card! Called and talked with the employee working the drive thru. She canceled my card immediately and checked my account for any transactions after I left the drive thru. Very helpful.

5 /5 Dawn Nahlen: Someone tried to use my bank card number online, my bank stopped the transaction and alerted me via text message. I called the next morning after finding the message and was able to go in to the local branch and get a new card without ever losing any money. Simply amazing.

5 /5 Alexius Reese: I love Capital City Bank! They are one of the best and I do recommend anyone to bank here. For me, its in great location from where I stay so thats a plus, and I love how the employees are very helpful, kind and seem like they really TRY to help you in every way. Even when you call to speak with a representative. I prefer to call and speak with someone than chat online due to the fact when you call, you only identify yourself by saying a password that you choose. When chatting online, you have to identify yourself by telling them the last amount you deposited and the date it was deposited. The hours that they close are ok, I wish they stayed open just a little later though for the ones that get off of work around 6PM. I believe they should close at 8PM, thats a decent time. Overall Great bank!
