My parents retained Mr. Keiths firm when they found out an attorney they previously retained in Atlanta filed an asylum claim on their behalf. As many people may know, asylum claims must be filed within the first year you arrive in the United States. However, the previous attorney gave my parents unethical advise and had them believe they qualified for this benefit simply by proving at least 10 years of residence in the United States. My parents have been in the United States for more than 24 years so the attorney shouldnt have filed this claim for something he knew they did not qualify for. Because of my parents previous attorney, my parents now face removal proceedings. Since Mr. Keith took my parents case, he has helped them in every way possible to resolve their immigration matters. I highly recommend Mr. Keith for anyone who needs representation in their immigration and/or criminal matters!

5 /5 Lidia Vazquez: After my U Visa couldnt be approve by the county through one of the most known law firms in the state of Georgia a couple of friends recommended me to Attorney Keith Wood. During my consultation I was told that the other attorney who took my case sent the case to the wrong place and thats why it wasnt approved the first time. He went ahead and submitted to the correct place and within a couple of months my U Visa was approved by the county and we where able to submit the application to USCIS. We have already gotten our biometrics taken and now we are just waiting for USCISs response. Im very glad I took my case to them. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly.
