5 /5 MeChelle Smith: Had to go today to get a Title Bond. While the Dept of Revenue took forever - the workers at CJs were great.

1 /5 Bambi H: My 1 star review is for the lack of care and customer service at this agency. Waiting on a title bond for over 2 weeks now and I understand the state is the delay. After speaking to the state myself twice now, with over an hour wait, they told me Wednesday the value we need to issue the title bond will be available Friday. Keep in mind we are past a closing date and several peoples living situation is pending on this. After calling C J & Associates 3 times today with no return phone call, I finally get Julie on the line. She states that the wait time is over an hour for the state and that if the line doesnt hang up or a client doesnt come in she will hold for the value needed to issue the bond. I respond that she is stating we take second to another client that walks in the door even though we have been waiting 2 weeks? She said Im just trying to be realistic and let you know. I asked for her manage, she claimed she is and the owner. I have been in customer service for many many years and have never told a client they come second to anyone. Im still in shock at the lack of concern. If this were her closing or home, Im sure she would feel differently. Now all of the people loosing sleep need to continue the stress over the weekend because she doesnt want to be on hold with the state and do her job. I will never recommend a client to them ever again. Very disappointing!!!!

5 /5 Jeffrey Locklear: There very nice will help you get a better plan for cheaper. They helped me get a new plan that includes better protection and still they saved me over $175.00 a month over what I was paying progressive. Call them and let them get you a better deal.
