2 /5 Sindy Tuller: Mr. Buckley is not an attorney needed for any type of case. He will talk to you at first, get you to send him a retainer fee, then slowly work on your case and not produce any paperwork. He is awful at returning calls, does not sign paperwork, does not file paperwork in an adequate time frame, gives you false information just to make you think he is working on your case, and then before proceeding he asks for more money to file additional paperwork, mind you he hasnt filed the first set you paid him for, then when he gets around to telling you how much he actually wants for him to file your case, your case has gotten just about too old to work with. My brother-in-law hired him for his divorce. To this day, the divorce is not resolved, still fighting with his ex over bad paperwork, Mr. Buckley has yet to sign any paperwork, temporarily lost custody of his children because of Buckley, and all Buckley can say is that will cost you more money. He hasnt done anything for the amount he has already been paid and has the audacity to ask for more money. He told my brother-in-law just today, after he did not show for court, that he must have thought he hired him for life. My brother-in-law told him he wanted this issue resolved, and that he hasnt done anything for his money and wont even sign the paperwork, and Buckley said well it will be more money if you want me to continue. Please, please, please...do not use this man for ANY of your legal issues. He cannot be trusted when you need an attorney the most.
