Laurin Coleman I’m a distant family friend of Ms. Jay & it just so happened she was in my courtroom helping out another client this particular day. I wasn’t educated on what I was truly facing in court. I thought I could just pay my fine and walk out scot-free. TIFFANIE RAMSEY Ms.Winship did not represent my case well. I read the report she gave to the ss judge. She had no intentions of winning the case outside her and the judge at odds. I would not recommend her to anyone. I would never accept a case that I could not give my all. The only positive from this is she will not get compensated. Her report was pure garbage
