1 /5 Tamia Perkins: Horribly customer service. My checking account was scammed and they wouldn’t let me withdraw all my money out my savings account until they were done with their “investigation” even when the transaction was deemed unauthorized and suspicious by their fraud department.

1 /5 Don Weaver: I have been a member since 1981.I am embarrassed by how bad the service is at this entity. The tellers don’t know who you are. There are always new tellers. I counted 10 cars in the parking lot today and 1 teller at the window inside. This banks turnover has to be 90%. The phone for online banking is a joke. The operator says check the number and call again. When the system was working it was ridiculous. AFCU at one time was the best bank in town. Now it is by far the worst.

1 /5 Christy Pope: I have banked with this institutions for 13 and a half years, I purchased a car through this institution as well and because my account fell in the negative for $57, for 45 days, the account was closed. I didnt find out until I went to retrieve some of my tax refunds that I sent to have direct deposited into my account. They returned my $5200 check. 13 years and not 1 phone, the lead at drive thru told me that she would call me the next day. She looked me right in the face and told me she would call and never did. Please go bank some where else, you will not be valued.

5 /5 Nia Day: Bridgeway is doing a great job with migrating over from Member’s United Credit Union. Like many companies they’re working on becoming updated with certain systems/technology. The staff is the best part of the company. I can always call and get my issues resolved in a timely manner. Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing what’s in store for current and new members.
