Her communication was outstanding, responding promptly via email, even during weekends and after hours when necessary. She successfully got my ticket dismissed without any points on my record or insurance increases, which was absolutely worth the investment. Her effectiveness in handling out-of-state cases was impressive, as I was traveling through GA from Colorado at the time of the incident. I highly recommend Bridgett for her professionalism and results-oriented approach. I would definitely use her services again if needed.

1 /5 World Isurs: I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. Communication was nearly nonexistent — my messages went unanswered for extended periods, and I was left completely in the dark about the status of my case. It wasn’t until I expressed my intent to cancel her services that she responded, only to say she would be withdrawing from the case and would not be issuing a refund. Despite claiming that work had been done, I received no updates, documents, or confirmation of any filings made on my behalf. In fact, I had to file documents myself and confirm with the court that nothing had been submitted by her. This experience left me feeling misled and unsupported during a critical time. I do not recommend this attorney based on the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism.

1 /5 George Tye: Awful experience with this attorney and would not recommend her to anyone under any circumstance! No communication skills whatsoever. She told me I had to appear in front of the Judge for my ticket. I drove from Ky. To GA. a day before my hearing over 300 miles to get there. The night before my court hearing she told me to pay the fine. I went through a lot just to get down there, took time off work, ect… and she tells me to pay the fine. Over the 8 month period she never talked to me at all about the case. I would send her messages and it would take her months to respond. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t be surprised if she’s in business much longer if she deals with all her customers this way. I’m sick about all this… I would have saved a lot of money just paying the fine when I got the ticket or better yet getting a lawyer that would’ve actually fought for me. Hope this helps the next person when they decide to look for a lawyer. God Bless.
