Khymiah King This place will have you stressed out! First off every 2 weeks is insane they won’t even compromise monthly payments without extra fees.. don’t matter if you make payments faithfully once you behind on a few payments they threaten to repo your car, some reps are cool the others be rude early in the morning

Daniel Headrick I actually don’t have an account with this bank but I wanted to share my experience. I had an issue with a vehicle purchase and had to stop by the bank to get it resolved. Everyone here was pleasant and ask what they could do for me, offered drinks, and general nicety. While I waited I listened to the conversations around me I was amazed at the level of service and pleasant atmosphere. I understand now why this location has was as busy as it was. I have never felt this at home in an bank. If I lived closer I would move my business. 10/10 service skills.

Gloria Sheppard I am writing this review because Im totally blown away by the customer service at your bank. I deal almost exclusively with Hailey, and my experiences are nothing short of exemplary. Shes knowledgeable, professional and kind beyond words. As a matter of fact, I actually look forward to coming in and doing my banking in person. If it werent for Hailey, Id just go to an ATM, or check my balance on the phone! Theres never been a question she couldnt answer.
