They understand the issues people face in this area. If you will bring your financial concerns and needs to them they will work to do anything they can to help. Great place.

1 /5 Mary Allmon: I held my first bank account with them and up until i needed to close my account everything was fine until i went to close my account and was lied to about how to do so, and now i owe them $200 or more because instead of telling me to disable my card they said to just let it sit under so much money and let it close on its own but they continued to allow things to come out that were automatic pulls and let it go negative instead of turning off the overdraft protection plan they have. would not recommend!

4 /5 The known Unknown: We have our savings account with them. They have been nothing but professional with us and all around a good bank. Our credit was not good enough for a checking account, however. I would recommend.
