Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - McDonough (GA)

1 /5 Tesheyka Dixon: Showed up for my appointment early and waited over 20 min before the rep came and told me it will be another 10 min of waiting. I was going in to open an account for my child. I opened the account on the app in the 10 min they asked me to wait. We left before the rep was ready and did everything on the app. I JUST looked up the location for the reviews. I COMPLETELY understand why it has a 2 star rating.

Ruiz from Merrill was knowledgeable, intelligent, and extremely professional. He explained the process thoroughly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I understood everything before leaving. He spent over an hour assisting me, and I left feeling confident, valued, and respected.

1 /5 Bea Hall: The worst customer service I have ever experienced with any bank in the business banking section and non-business banking section. The older people banking were being spoken down to and disrespected and the tellers are incompetent

1 /5 Elaine Breard: Hire another teller! It’s really crazy how long the line gets and the one or two tellers you have are doing the best they can. It can’t be that much of a budget issue for this bank to invest in more tellers. Every time!!!! This is the bank closest to my business and home and it would be nice to run in and handle a deposit quicker. The tellers are handling very time consuming transactions and there should be a teller that could handle the less complicated issues.
