1 /5 Jessica: Absolutely the worst banking experience we’ve ever had. My husband and I have been dealing with an ATM deposit issue for over a month, and Bank of America continues to mishandle it with no accountability. The error was entirely on their end, our deposit was made correctly, and yet we’re the ones left dealing with the fallout. This specific location has been especially unhelpful. If I could give zero stars, I would.

1 /5 Angela Martin: This location refuses to answer the phone. Now when I call, someone hangs up the phone. All I want to do is ask a question before I leave WORK to drive over to make sure I can get assistance. This is piss poor!
Why is it so difficult to answer the phone? Not trying to put my personal financial business on Social Media, however, do feel comfortable in a more professional setting like the phone.
Update 3:30pm - I left work and went to the branch. There were 2 people STANDING IN THE LOBBY that greeted me. Told her I was calling and no one answered. She said "Sorry about that". I asked my 2 questions and I was not able to be serviced. THESE 2 QUESTIONS COULD HAVE BEEN ANSWERED ON THE PHONE!
BOA has got to do better. Piss poor and a waste of my time!
1 /5 Lilly Musa: Kareema misinformed and mislead me about information in regards to a check I needed cleared. She never informed me about the 7 day hold for a new account despite me telling her I needed it IMMEDIATELY. She allowed me to proceed without further informing me and told me it would take one business day. She didn’t notify me of this 7 day hold until AFTER it had been processed and now it has caused a disruption on paying my bills.
