Victor Llaverias Purchased a policy online and made a mistake so I called the Atlanta office and Patricia love answered the phone and stayed with me on the phone the whole way through and took care of everything for me. I have to say that she went above and beyond to make sure my situation was resolved. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a great customer service experience that is almost non existent these days. VERY HAPPY WITH DIRECT AUTO AND WITH MS. LOVE!!!!!!!!!

He is local and understands our specific area requirements. Steve Stewart I’ve been with BBWH for 10 years, working with Wes Powell and his team. I’ve always found them to be very responsive to any/every call or email. Members of my family have bought and sold a lot of cars, and all I had to do was email the details and the changeover was made and a new insurance card issued usually within 24 hours.
