5 /5 allan c: I got a ticket driving to Florida and needed help to get it reduced. Ashley and her team were very easy to work with and helped me get it fixed. The cost was reasonable, and the communication was great. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

2 /5 Tyler Casey: I will never use this office or off the record again they got it knocked down BARELY if you even wanna say they got it knocked down and still ended up costing me more if I had just paid the ticket they have not been very willing to help me figure out a outcome that works for me and the courts I’m just gonna pay the damn ticket at this point because obviously I’m not getting what I paid

2 /5 Miss Jones: I truly understand what happened to you, Julian Eden. Although I don’t think it is the entire office, just one Attorney and I bet it’s not Miles. I retain the other Attorney and for years since the first of September 2020, I been asking for a statement of the work she done. Which I have yet to received. The only things I ever got from her ONCE were Incomplete documents emailed to me and those documents at this moment costing me $1250, because she refused to refund me any money or submit a statement. She is very unprofessional. She loses control when you don’t agree with her. She have hung the phone up on me twice. One time, because I was expressing how unprofessional she was and another time because I call her on her cell. She was my attorney and was upset that I had her cell number. A good attorney give you their cell number. I called also and was told she was no longer there. Why can’t people treat others the way they want to be treated, especially the ones you’re paying to do a service. Professional, all her clients should have been informed by her of her moving. Sheppard is now in Brunswick…google her that’s what I did. God Blessed

1 /5 MjCityChic: I truly regret using Off The Record and hiring this office for representation. Not made aware of what pleas and direction the attorney would be taking. End result, I got hit with a fine although they got it decreased to a warning definitely not a win win as they put it. I paid the fine which end up being more than the cost of the actual ticket. So I ended up spending more money using this office then if I just appeared for myself or just paid the damn ticket. The paralegal who goes by Becca is unprofessional and has made this experience very unpleasant given the time sensitive status of my case. I was not given any guidance and felt as though I was forced to accept this lose lose outcome.
