1 /5 Martina Sloan: Mr. Ashe was highly recommended by a friend who worked in the court house in Camden County. I explained my situation & like most lawyers do they tell you what you would like to hear. Him & his secretary were very unprofessional, did not respond in a timely manner. When we went to court for my child custody case I explained what I want, what I would settle for etc. he went in with a binder full of documentation in black & white as well as written. He did not show any evidence or give my affidavits to the other party or judge, he told me at recess pretty much settle & take what the judge offers. Went back after I told him no I don’t agree fight, he settled & walked out & dropped me as a client because I refuse to pay. Afterwards I found another attorney who explained he set the tone for the case & because he did not fight I pretty much have to stick with what the temporary order said.

He is a walking plethora of legal knowledge and naturally and professionally moves the court to your benefit with common sense interjected with Latin, caselaw, statutes, by the book!!!! & he has a general ease of speaking with common understanding. He knows the proper legal steps and could work cases in his sleep. The man will get what he goes in there for so long as the outcome is even an attainable one. You may not always get everything exactly the way you want it in court- but I’ll say this much- we have never lost! I don’t know what I would have done or would do without him.
