Lamar Elrod At a time when customer service seems to be a lost art. Harold Ramirez has repeatedly gone the extra mile. You never know how good your insurance is until you need it. I was a customer of his for 12 years and never filed a claim. Then I had 3 different times I needed to call on my agent and insurance company. I was involved in 2 accidents and my home flooded. All within 6 months. I could never say enough positive about how he helped me. Harold wasnt there as just an agent, but a friend who genuinely did all he could to help. Henry Gut I was looking to get insurance quotes for home and auto, and I chose the Austin Taylor group because they were near by. I had been getting Internet quotes which left me frustrated. I went to the office as a walk-in, and was seen by Deb Hroblak. She took my basic information and listened to what I needed. The next day she contacted me with what she had to offer, which wasnt quite acceptable. We made a scheduled appointment, and while we were discussing what she had found, she came across a company with an auto policy acceptable to my needs and price. She also found a home policy I accepted. Had she not had the expertise and determination to not give up, I wouldnt be happy today with the 2 great policies which are saving me money and peace of mind.
