1 /5 Kayla Jacobs: If I could give Sam a zero I would. If you want an insurance company that cares about you, you would think Allstate would be the one since they have good reputation right? Well thats not the case with this agent. He does not care about his clients. I had an accident on the 14th of October and today the 27th, my car is still sitting at the towing company not being worked on. They keep using excuses for why the vehicle has not been moved to the body shop. He has not once called to check and see if things are moving along or if I am even ok after a semi-truck plowed through a red light and hit me. All he cares about is making money like everyone else. This entire experience has showed me his true colors and that he does not really value the customer experience. My measly $900 every six months may not make a difference in his pocket when I cancel my insurance with him, but I hope that maybe 20, 10, or even 1 person may read this review and not give him their business, because he does not deserve the business of honest working people who need their insurance company to back them when an accident occurs.
