Glenda Menger I am so impressed with the immediate response I got when I let them know what a problem we were having with claims for damages to our home due to the hurricane. One person I needed to talk with was actually off today but he took the time to call me and is going to get to work on the problem when he comes back. This is the most stressful event I have ever been through but to know there are people willing to go to such measures to make this problem easier for us just warms my heart.

Jamie Whitaker My Mother was With Nationwide for several years and Her Driving Record is Perfect and she has never had a ticket or a wreck and Nationwide was never asked for anything for any reason including Roadside assistance. Mom Paid I think it was $150+ a month for Liability+ Roadside assistance and So Nationwide sends a letter saying they will not be renewing her Policy and Thank Goodness this happened because Steve at Progressive Saved My Mother over $80 A month!!! Over Half what she was paying at Nationwide. So, I Highly along with Mom suggest if you need insurance or wanna check for lower costs give Steve a Call and You will be treated like Family not Just another Customer. Thanks so much Steve for looking out for My Mother!!!

Erin Prescott Working with Karen F. was such a pleasure. Her patience with my questions/concerns and the education she provided about enrolling in health insurance felt more like I was working with a health insurance patient advocate or a social worker, not an insurance agent. Karen F. cared more about getting me the best health insurance policy for my needs and budget than she cared about making a sale or commission. I had so many questions, and she took her time and answered every single one of them. She encouraged me to ask more questions until I had a full understanding of my new policy with Blue Cross Blue Shield-Anthem. If I had a question and she didnt know the answer right off hand, she took the time to do the research and always called me back promptly with an accurate answer. I cant tell you how much that means to someone like me who failed at navigating through what I call "A Broken Healthcare System" and almost died as a result. Karen F. restored my faith in the United States that one day universal healthcare will become the law, because I realized there are people who work in the health insurance industry, like Karen F., who really do care from the heart and dont prioritize "Profit over People".
