1 /5 Corey Meyer: Alicia was an extremely unhelpful agent. She allowed for my renters insurance plan to auto renew after I had asked her office to not renew my plan and then failed to respond to four emails asking for assistance in canceling the the policy that should have never renewed in the first place. I was finally able to get in contact with her office through the phone where they promised to cancel the policy however they never followed through with the cancellation. Overall Alicia and her team were very unhelpful and unresponsive in dealing with this issue.
