The driver at fault’s insurance company has been nothing short of awful with communication and giving me the run around, even though the police report clearly stated I wasn’t in the wrong. I called Ken to let him know what happened day of the accident and he has been fighting for and with me to make sure I’m taken care of as well as my van. He truly cares for his insured customers.
