Mike Kernea Mr. Jenkins handled a floodway issue that came up when my building burnt in 2016. I went to the county to get a building permit to start rebuilding and I was told that I was in the floodway. After working with the county for a year I could not get the county to listen to anything I said about a mistake FEMA made back in 1984. Mr. Jenkins got with the county attorney and finally got the matter resolved. Mr. Jenkins got the job done and we are starting to rebuild.

Benjamin Watts Ellis can be rude and disrespectful. Not a horrible lawyer but doesn’t listen very well or understand people very well. Helped me with a case and someone in my family in case and it was the worst experience ever. Have been told many times not to use him or that other people wouldn’t use him again. But if you’re looking for the cheapest option around it’s him and you get what you pay for. Just don’t expect anything to be done in a timely manner.
