1 /5 Barbara Sherman: My Auto insurance was initially set up by Hannah as I was purchasing my car at the dealership. She appeared very professional, helpful and accommodating at the time. Things took a dramatic turn, terrible change! I began to receive emails that showed changes to my premium payment that were of concern to me. I reached out to discuss the change to my premium and the email received concerning the increase. I finally got to speak with her. She explained what was happening and advised that it was corrected. Told me she had to do another quote ( of which she did) told me to pay that fee and then the policy premium would go back to the original amount quoted to me. She also advised that it was fine to make the payment on my pay period. A few days later I get another email stating to the contrary. I’ve called and left several messages. Have even sent text messages. One time when I called, the person on the line allowed me to hear them advise her that I needed to speak with her and she declined. She did not respond to my calls or texts. I went in to another location near me for help and was advised that to the contrary things were not in place as she had advised me. The location apologized profusely and was concerned about what I was advised and how I was blatantly mishandled and lied to!! Although, they could not get the premium back to the original premium amount that I was paying, that location worked with me to get another discount added, and get a correct quote with a new premium payment. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism working with an Agent. As mentioned before the location in my area expressed concerns that I was lied to in such a way and that she began refusing my calls and not returning them. I was glad to find another Agent who was helpful, honest, professional and ethical. I will never use this location or Hannah again!!! What she did was extremely unprofessional, unethical and misleading!!!
