1 /5 Veronica Morales: We scheduled a consultation with Mrs. Holden because of her positive reviews on Google and her proximity to Gainesville. My family had asked to leave work an hour earlier for the meeting. She was rude to my family when explaining that our case was complicated and she cut us off during the consultation. She didn’t want to discuss other options for our case. We’ve consulted other immigration lawyers who have been cordial and taken the time to explain various immigration processes. We were in her office for less than 5 minutes and were charged $200. We didn’t mind paying the consultation fee but were disappointed at the lack of tact and customer service. Her assistant was friendly, not Mrs. Holden. The Spanish translation on her website also has grammar mistakes.
