Nayasha Clarke Micah Hooper is great ! I had a different rep gave me insurance but for the wrong state when I needed Georgia coverage and I was super upset then Micah came to the rescue and not only he fixed everything my insurance quote was even a better rate. Please give that man raise !!!!

I particularly appreciate Nikki and the way that she has stayed in touch and made sure that we have been satisfied with the service we have received from our body shop for our vehicles as well as the company who has replaced our roof and damages inside of our home. Jon Kulsic Andy was an absolute legend in the customer service experience game! Not only was it a treat to hear music playing in the background at the office, but it was nice to chat with someone who didn’t leave room for long, awkward silence over the phone, especially while systems took time to load on her end.
