At our appointment, the staff and Ella made us feel very comfortable, easy to speak with, and professional. During the sit down with Ella, I got exactly what I came for. An easy person to talk with that gets what I am looking to do. A well managed tax return that suits my needs, not just filling in numbers and moving onto the next one.
