1 /5 Peggy Gay: Waited on product for two months. One delivery day we were getting ready by tearing out cabinets to place new appliances. Deliver set for 7 to 11 AM so we were up and ready. Went out side at 10Am to move our vehicles because they still had not showed up (we thought). Note on the door said they had tried to deliver at 9:40 AM we called the check why they didn’t knock on door they said it was against their policy. We were in the front room next to the door, you tell me that is the worsted service I have ever seen. To top that off we told the lady we would go meet them and get our product and as you can guess that’s against their policy too!!! I would never recommend them for any kind of delivery!!

1 /5 Alyssa: Getting a 4 hour delivery window is irritating when I have to work, but because I was told I’d receive a call 30 minutes ahead of my delivery it should’ve been fine. I get a phone call, so I think sweet they’re on the way, I can leave work now and be home in time. Nope, I answer the phone and the delivery driver says he’s outside my door. I tell him I can be there in ten minutes, he says I need to reschedule. This is the third time this has happened to me.

1 /5 Wendy Horn: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid at all costs!!! Still dont have my purchase and Ive taken days off of work. They talk down to people and even the managers are rude. The kiss of death for any company using this freight company. I will never buy anything from Office Depot again. The fact that theyre using XPO shows how very little they care about customers. The employees act like trash and are abusive to customers. They just keep delaying delivery and dont care if you lose your job over it. Update: Terry the delivery guy was nice. Amanda and Deanna were wretched and their boss Leland wouldnt even talk to me. With this many reviews saying the same thing Leland clearly isnt concerned about fixing the problem. How are this many people getting late deliveries and being treated badly by the people answering phones and still they keep their jobs? Terry being nice is the only nice thing I can say about this company. The poor man looked overworked and I feel for him. They dont even give him a dolly.

2 /5 Jennifer Helms: I received a phone call from this company to schedule delivery but before they scheduled my delivery the girl on the phone asked me how we were going to unload the parcel from the delivery truck. I asked her why she was asking me that. They had been hired to deliver the product so it should be their responsibility to get it off the truck. After she put me on hold and had a conversation with someone there she came back on the phone and said they could deliver it and that we would not need anything to get it off the truck. We then scheduled the delivery time and again she mentioned something about having a way to get it off the truck. I again told her they were hired to get it off the truck so the expectation was that they would do just that. The delivery was set for 3pm on Tuesday. I was told someone had to be there so we took off work to be there. No one showed up. I called at 3:30 and they said it was next on the delivery and would be there in 20 minutes. At 6pm they still were not there. At that point they said 45 minutes. I then get a call at 7:11 from the company saying if you still want it delivered we can come deliver it now and be there in ten minutes or we can reschedule. I said we have taken off to get it today. We want it delivered. So at 7:30 the product that was supposed to be delivered at 3 was delivered. I would never hire this company to deliver anything.

1 /5 Audrey Ehrhardt: This is THE WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE I have ever witnessed. Not only did the deliver and set up my Peloton Tread wrong, they failed to return to fix it on the same day when they said they would. I would never voluntarily choose them. I am now waiting 2 hours past the delivery window I took off work for and the driver is still not here. To make it better the service team says they have never heard of me and have no record of me despite giving my name, my phone number (which was needed before), and both tracking numbers. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION, including a carrier pigeon, I would go with that.
