Mr. Blougouras ended up coming out to talk with me for about 20-mins, and gave me some great advice and a number of things to consider. As a result, I had all of the information that I needed and would not need to return for a future appointment. I offered to pay for the consult and Mr. Blougouras said that there was no charge.
