5 /5 Y Pennington: Mr. Williams and his incredible paralegals, Tina and Yanelly, were truly phenomenal. From the moment I contacted their office about my auto accident case, I felt like I was in good hands. I had never gone through anything like this before and was overwhelmed and unsure where to start especially when it came to dealing with the insurance companies, who speak in confusing lingo and take forever to respond. But this team took care of everything. They handled not only the personal injury aspect but also my property damage, all while taking the time to educate me about the process in a way that actually made sense. You can tell they have a strong and seamless work dynamic, which made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I can admit I’m not the easiest person, I ask a lot of questions and can be pretty needy, but they were always patient, kind, and went above and beyond for me. Even after my case settled last year, we stayed in touch. Recently, when I had an issue with another insurance company lowballing me on the property damage, Mr. Williams’ office jumped in and resolved it. I honestly don’t know how they pulled it off, but they did and we often don’t realize how much work they’re doing behind the scenes to protect us. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my case and the compassionate, hardworking team that made it all possible. 3 /5 Edwin Kirkpatrick: I received a referral for Casey Williams from a local business because my mother was having issues with her HOA concerning a leak. I received Mr. Williams cell phone number and I called late morning on April 3rd. The call went to voicemail and I briefly explained the issue and asked for a return call. It is now April 9th and I still have not received a call back. I have to admit that not receiving a return call from a business is one of my biggest pet peeves and the reason I am leaving this review. I have worked for many law offices in my career and know they have resources such as paralegals and secretaries that can do a simple return call for details. If Mr. Williams had no interest in my mothers issue, call me and let me know! ***EDIT*** Mr. Williams did give me a call and apologized for the oversight.

5 /5 Alexander castaneda: Yanelly Lopez is the best at Williams Law. I highly recommend them. They held my hand thru the hole process and would calm me down when I got upset even though it was never their fault. But the other parties dragging their feet.
